AEROBICS

Aerobics classes involve various types of aerobic exercises with a group of people, often incorporated with music. It's led by an aerobics instructor who will start off with a series of stretching and warm-up routines and then focus on the core of the workout that can last about 25-30 minutes (for low-impact) and between 30-60 minutes (for high-impact). Aerobics exercise classes also have great benefits to your overall health. They provide the same great benefits of a regular aerobic exercise routine in an upbeat, 

FUNCTIONAL TRAINING

This kind of training is ideal for beginners and pro athletes alike because it emphasizes on multi-planar movements involving power, strength, and stablity. If done right, functional training exercises can help athletes get stronger, improve their balance, and run faster. These movements also strengthen the lower back, shoulder, hip, and deep abdominal muscles.

The benefits of functional training go beyond body conditioning. Athletes can train for speed, strength, power, cardiovascular fitness, flexibility, muscle endurance, or fat loss. Theoretically, you can pretty much achieve anything you want through functional training.

Body Pump

Is a barbell workout for anyone looking to get lean, toned and fit – fast. Using light to moderate weights with lots of repetition, BODYPUMP gives you a total body workout. It will burn up to 540 calories. Instructors will coach you through the scientifically proven moves and techniques pumping out encouragement, motivation and great music – helping you achieve much more than on your own! You’ll leave the class feeling challenged and motivated, ready to come back for more. BODYPUMP is available as 60, minute workout.

CORE WORKOUT

Core workout helps you exercise muscles around the core. A stronger core makes you better at all things you do, from everyday life to your favorite sports.

You will also get into some hip, butt and lower back exercises.

CARDIO KICK BOXING

Cardio kickboxing is a group fitness class that combines martial arts techniques with fast-paced cardio. This high-energy workout challenges the beginner and elite athlete alike. Build stamina; improve coordination and flexibility, and burn calories as you build lean muscle with this fun and challenging workout.

SPINNING

Spinning

Spinning is a great way to build up your sense of personal achievement. You can draw on the group’s energy and find your rhythm in the music. You control your own resistance levels and speed so you can build up your fitness level over time. It’s a journey, not a race!

Zumba

Zumba  is a Latin-inspired cardio-dance workout that uses music and choreographed steps to form a fitness party atmosphere. Zumba classes provide a large calorie burn through aerobic activity done with interval training in mind. The average person will burn around 600 calories in a Zumba class. Zumba is both a dance class and a fitness class.

BODY COMBAT

Body combat is an exercise class that lets you punch and kick your way towards your fitness goals. Not only is it a great whole-body workout for cardio fitness, but it's also superb for burning fat, releasing stress and improving your co-ordination.

Yoga

The relaxation techniques incorporated in yoga can lessen chronic pain, such as lower back pain, arthritis, headaches and carpal tunnel syndrome. Yoga can also lower blood pressure and reduce insomnia.

HIIT

High-intensity interval training is a form of interval training, a cardiovascular exercise strategy alternating between short periods of intense anaerobic exercise with less intense recovery periods, until too exhausted to continue

HIIT Step: exercise class using only bodyweight and a step.

Bodyshape: light weight and bodyweight exercises to get you the results you look for.
